The Cable Crunch is a core-building move that uses a cable machine to add extra resistance. Kneel down, grab the cable, and curl your torso toward the ground using those mighty abs - no tugging with the arms, just pure bear belly power. It's great for building strength, definition, and that sturdy forest-ready core!

Instructions

  1. Attach a rope handle to a high pulley on a cable machine.
  2. Kneel in front of the machine with the rope in both hands.
  3. Pull the rope down so your hands are near your face, elbows pointing down.
  4. Flex your hips slightly and contract your abs to curl your torso down and forward.
  5. Return to the starting position slowly and controlled.
