Imagine a bear moving around a clock, placing its paws at each hour mark. With each movement, the bear performs a push-up, testing its strength and balance. It's a playful yet challenging way to build upper body power and agility.
Instructions
- Start in a standard push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Perform a regular push-up by lowering your chest to the ground and pushing back up.
- After completing the push-up, move your right hand a few inches outward (like moving to the 1 o'clock position).
- Perform another push-up.
- Continue the process clockwise, moving your hands incrementally to the 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock, and so on, until you complete a 360-degree circle.
- Repeat the same process in the counter-clockwise direction.
