Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
- Bend slightly at the hips and knees to lower the kettlebells between your legs.
- Explosively extend your hips and knees while pulling the kettlebells upward.
- As one kettlebell reaches shoulder height, quickly rotate your wrist to catch the kettlebell in a front rack position while simultaneously lowering the other kettlebell back to the hanging position.
- Continue to alternate the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
