Also known as:Incline Push-UpWide Incline Press Up

This is a gentler push-up variation where your paws press into a bench or box with hands set wide. The incline lightens the load, while the wider grip puts more work into the chest and front shoulders, with the triceps helping finish each strong bear-sized press.

Instructions

  1. Place your hands wide on a stable elevated surface.
  2. Walk your feet back into a straight body line.
  3. Brace your core and bend your elbows outward.
  4. Lower your chest toward the edge with control.
  5. Press through your palms until your arms straighten.

Benefits

  • Builds pressing strength with less strain
  • Targets the chest more than standard incline push-ups
  • Improves upper-body control
  • Helps prepare for floor push-ups
