Instructions
- Stand with the kettlebell between your feet.
- Hinge down and grip the handle with one hand.
- Drive through your legs and clean the bell to rack.
- Dip slightly and push the bell overhead.
- Lock the arm out and stand tall.
- Lower the bell back to rack, then to the floor.
