Instructions
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and kettlebell between your feet.
- Hinge down and grip the kettlebell with one hand.
- Drive through your legs and pull the kettlebell upward close.
- Punch your hand overhead as you split your feet front and back.
- Catch the kettlebell locked out overhead and steady your stance.
- Recover your feet together and lower the kettlebell with control.
