Also known as:One Arm Kettlebell Snatch

This one is a proper grizzly move: drive the kettlebell up in one smooth burst, then catch it overhead in a split stance like a bear pouncing and sticking the landing. It trains power, timing, balance, grip, and steady shoulders all at once.

Instructions

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and kettlebell between your feet.
  2. Hinge down and grip the kettlebell with one hand.
  3. Drive through your legs and pull the kettlebell upward close.
  4. Punch your hand overhead as you split your feet front and back.
  5. Catch the kettlebell locked out overhead and steady your stance.
  6. Recover your feet together and lower the kettlebell with control.
