Instructions

  1. Set a cable pulley high and attach a straight bar or rope.
  2. Stand facing the machine with feet hip-width apart and a slight hinge at the hips.
  3. Grip the attachment with arms straight or with a soft bend in the elbows.
  4. Brace your core and keep your ribs down with a neutral spine.
  5. Pull the attachment down in an arc to your thighs by driving your shoulders down and back.
  6. Pause briefly at the bottom while squeezing your lats.
  7. Return slowly to the start under control without letting your shoulders shrug.
