Instructions

  1. Start in a pushup position with a Bulgarian bag or small platform centered under your chest.
  2. Place one hand on the bag and the other on the floor.
  3. Lower into a pushup, then press back up.
  4. Walk your hands across the bag so the opposite hand is now on the floor.
  5. Repeat the pushup on the other side and continue alternating.
