Instructions
- Start in a pushup position with a Bulgarian bag or small platform centered under your chest.
- Place one hand on the bag and the other on the floor.
- Lower into a pushup, then press back up.
- Walk your hands across the bag so the opposite hand is now on the floor.
- Repeat the pushup on the other side and continue alternating.
